In-app reporting (fastest)

Tap the ⋯ menu on any profile, message thread, or LFG post and choose Report. The report goes straight to our trust & safety queue and is usually actioned within 24 hours.

Email a trusted notice

For DSA-compliant notices, email trust@duomatch.live with:

• A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
• The exact URL or in-app location of the content.
• A statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the information provided is accurate and complete.
• Your name and email (anonymous notices are still reviewed).

What happens next

We acknowledge receipt, assess the report against our community guidelines and applicable law, and take action — which may include removing content, restricting an account, or referring the matter to law enforcement. You will receive a decision and a brief reason. If you disagree with our decision you can reply to the email to request an internal review.
