End User License Agreement
Last updated: April 2026
1. The licence
DuoMatch grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the DuoMatch app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep all other rights.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where law expressly allows it.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the service.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
3. Purchases inside the app
Subscriptions and one-time power-ups are sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. One-time power-ups are delivered immediately, do not expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, and by us where the law requires.
4. Apple-specific terms
This licence is between you and DuoMatch only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple isn't responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, DuoMatch — not Apple — is responsible for its investigation, defence, settlement and discharge. You confirm that you aren't located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you aren't on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
5. Google Play
Where you install the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google isn't a party to this licence and isn't responsible for the app.
6. Updates and availability
We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the app. Some updates are required for the app to keep working.
7. No warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including the consumer guarantees in the EU, UK and Australia.
8. Termination
This licence ends if you stop using the app, delete your account, or breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
